” I have been in the business of architecture throughout the State of Arizona for over 30 years. During this time, one of my primary responsibilities is to assemble the team of qualified engineering professionals for each specific project. Prior to meeting RCC Design Group, one of the weak links on many projects was in the area of civil engineering. I have now had the privilege of working with both Julie and Stuart Rayburn on many projects over the past five years. They display a professional attitude and have the expertise and technical skills required for the success of a project. The entire firm is extremely responsive to all phases of the project from the initial design, through the city processing and construction issues.
Julie S. Rayburn graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 1993 and has 15 years of professional experience in all areas of Land Development.
RCC Design Group provides Civil Engineering Services to Architects, Developers, Contractors, and Owners. We take a team approach and believe in providing excellent service.
Stuart W. Rayburn graduated from Duke University in 1994 and has 14 years of experience in all areas of Civil Engineering including shopping centers, higher education, and residential subdivisions.
While commercial development has been a large part of her experience, she also has many years of experience in utility system analysis and design.
