Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Power Systems. Minimum 12 years of experience in design of electrical systems for petrochemical, specialty chemicals, pipeline, petroleum refining, commercial power plants or other related industries. Master's Degree in related engineering discipline can substitute for 1 year of experience. PhD Degree in related engineering discipline can substitute for up to 3 years of experience. Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience.
