Prior to this project, Grace managed their Environmental Health & Safety - Management of Change (EH&S MOC) process using eRoom. This process was manually intensive and involved the assignment of tasks, generation of emails, verbal reminders and various follow up activities. The eRoom MOC process had been utilized for over 10 years and with demand increases (number of change requests) the process was inefficient and prone to delays. It also did not allow for standardization of procedures across the organization.
