We are pleased to announce RDO Equipment Company, a Fargo, N.D. - based, family-owned and operated dealership that sells and supports John Deere construction equipment, successfully acquired B&B Heavy Equipment Sales & Rentals, Incorporated one of the largest heavy equipment rental suppliers servicing southern California and beyond. The resulting name of the company is B&B Equipment Rental by RDO Equipment Company B&B Equipment Rental by RDO Equipment Company will be able to provide customers an expanded rental equipment offering through more locations in southern California and Arizona. We will also be able to provide a faster turn on our rental fleet, which will allow customers to rent newer machines with up-to-date technology. The great service and attention to detail customers currently expect will continue with B&B Equipment Rental by RDO Equipment Company, assuming the lead role for the rent-to-rent business of the combined entity. Bob Wheelington, Vice President and General Manager, will provide the day-to-day leadership for the rental operation.
