Formed in 2000, RED Brokerage, LLC was created by Dan Lowe and Mike Helmuth, two veteran real estate professionals in Kansas City. Their idea was to create a brokerage firm that specialized in working with local, regional and national office and retail tenants and owners of commercial properties. They wanted to bring together a group of dedicated, experienced and highly skilled professionals that were responsive to the needs of their clients and knowledgeable about the market. A FAMILIAR BRAND RED Brokerage carries a brand familiar throughout the Midwestern and Southwestern United States. RED shares its brand with its sister company, RED Development, LLC. RED Development, formed in 1995, develops, leases, manages and owns properties in rapidly growing communities throughout the Midwest and Southwest. While the company's primary focus is on the development of open-air regional shopping centers, better known as lifestyle centers, RED has experience with neighborhood grocery-anchored centers, regional power centers, mall redevelopment, destination developments and mixed-use projects. Most recently, Cityscape, a 27 story 600,000 square foot office tower, was completed in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Projects RED Development are best known for in Kansas City include: The Legends, Summit Woods, Summit Fair, One Nineteen and Adams Dairy Landing. In contrast to most full service real estate companies, RED features real estate brokerage, development, asset management and financial advisory/consulting services, all under one roof. Having these critical disciplines together with respected and knowledgeable principals in-house, results in a much more efficient use of time and precious resources, maximizes the value to our customers and most importantly, the timely achievement of our client’s goals.
