Includes ‘start to finish’ property acquisition-coaching. We walk you through the entire process of a fix n flip. We help you find, buy and then sell a property. This package also includes four days of ‘One on One’ personal coaching. (5 hours each day). We provide a licensed real estate agent on both sides of the transaction. Instead of paying a real estate agent a full commission to sell your ‘fix n flip’ we include one of our own at a reduced rate of 50% on the selling side of your transaction and 30% on listing side. This will more often than not, pay for the investment!.

Our long term strategy allows you to purchase single family & multi-family properties that generate positive cash-flow each and every month!We provide a ‘turn-key’ opportunity where you can benefit from the acquisition of rental properties that will continue to build wealth in the long-term. Why invest 20-30% of the purchase price on a required down payment when you can do it for less then 5%!.
