Founded in 1998, REVA Medical, Inc. ("REVA" or the "Company") is dedicated to developing minimally invasive medical devices that leverage our proprietary technologies. Guided by an executive management team with extensive product development experience and working closely with skilled interventional cardiologists in multiple countries, our primary focus is the development of drug-eluting bioresorbable coronary scaffolds for the treatment of cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death worldwide.

Robert Stockman, the Company's co-founder, has served as its Chairman of the Board and director since 1999 and its Chief Executive Officer since August 2010. Mr. Stockman also serves as a director of HeartWare Limited/HeartWare International, Inc., a medical device company listed on ASX and NASDAQ, since December 2006. Mr. Stockman also serves as a board member for Systagenix Wound Management, Ltd., a privately held wound care company, and MuseAmi, Inc., a privately held advanced music software company that Mr. Stockman co-founded. Director Brian Dovey has served as a director of the Company since June 2001. Mr. Dovey has been a Partner of Domain Associates, LLC, a private venture capital management firm focused on the life sciences sector, since 1988. Since joining Domain Associates, LLC, he has served on the board of directors of over 35 private and public companies and has been the Chairman of five. Prior to joining Domain Associates, LLC, Mr.

REVA is dedicated to developing minimally invasive medical devices that leverage the Company's proprietary biomaterial and stent technologies to improve the treatment of disease. Guided by a management team and scientific advisors with extensive product development and clinical interventional cardiology experience, REVA's initial focus is the development and eventual commercialization of a proprietary drug-eluting bioresorbable coronary scaffold to treat coronary artery disease.
