Todd--I am a third generation Atlanta native and have personally lived in Cobb county for 31 years. I have spent the last eight years buying and selling personal real estate in the Marietta area, which has helped me become an "expert" in market conditions, schools, and businesses in the entire Metro Atlanta area.I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a major in finance and marketing. I purchased my first residential property in 1991--it was a fixer-upper. Over the last seven years, I have been involved in buying and selling many houses in Cobb County, each time learning more about the market conditions and trends around the area.Sarah--I have lived in the Metro Atlanta area for the last fifteen years. After graduating from Mississippi State University, I spent ten years in sales and marketing at the international trade show company, Americas Mart.
