Description

Mr. Saponaro is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of FPMI Solutions, Inc., a privately held company providing human resources services to federal government agencies. Previously, Mr. Saponaro was president of L-3 Government Services Inc (GSI) a wholly owned subsidiary of L-3 Communications. Mr. Saponaro has over 40 years of experience in U.S. government services, and has served as a member of senior management with responsibility for profit and loss for over 27 years.

Prior to joining L-3 GSI, Mr. Saponaro served as sector president and general manager of a $300 million business unit of the Titan Corporation. This Titan sector focused on providing information technology services to the federal civilian market. Prior to Titan, he was president of AverStar, which was acquired in June 2000 by Titan, a private company providing software and systems services to both commercial and government markets. Mr. Saponaro was president and CEO of Intermetrics (a public company) for 14 years prior to the formation of AverStar.

RGS was already the incumbent providing these services and was selected on the strength of their success with the applications they have developed for NSD. These applications provide critical mission support to attorneys and decision-makers in their efforts to protect the nation against terrorism and intelligence threats. The RGS team includes our subcontractors, K-Systems, NewellTech Partners LLC, Brown Consulting, SharePointXPerts, and IDSS, who will operate as an integrated team to meet the needs of this critical customer.
