W Robert Cooper of the Bone and Joint Clinic presents a $10,000 donation to Town of Rib Mountain Chairman Allen Opall. The donation is for a trail expansion that will connect the County Highway R trail to State Park Road. The trail will run along the east side of State Park Road and work is starting this fall. Hunting Maps Online It is that time of year again. The Town of Rib Mountain hunting maps are available below. There are two maps, one is the firearms restricted map and the other is bow hunting restrictions. For further information please review municipal ordinance 9.02 and 9.03 that regulates the discharge of firearms and arrows. Skating and Ice Rinks to Open The skating and ice rink at Doepke Park will open Friday December 18th at 4 p.m. The rinks will be open for the season and the regular schedule will be 4-9 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, whether permitting. The rinks will be closed Christmas Eve and Day, but will be open New Year's Eve and Day.
