Rivoir & Associates is an executive search and acquisition advisory firm providing our client companies access to investment capital, executive management and a range of management consulting services. Our founding partner has spent close to 20 years in retained executive search, much of that working with private equity and venture capital investors, as well with the entrepreneurs, CEO's and the management teams in which they invest.

We recruit Chief Executive Officers, Board Members and executives that report directly to the CEO for our investor-backed client companies, as well as Operating Partners, Deal Advisors and Principals for the private equity firms themselves. We provide a highly personalized service to our clients, one in which our consultants never work with more than three active retained search clients at any given time.
