R. Jeffrey Burd is a second generation civil engineer and has worked in the land surveying and civil engineering industry for over 25 years. Recent experience includes working for several local area engineering firms and includes involvement in numerous land development projects. He has managed small and large projects from the concept stage through design, procuring approvals and permits, and working with owners and contractors through construction. His engineering and design experience is complimented by surveying, construction management, and owner representation experience.
