RJM Design Group, Incorporated is a multi-disciplinary landscape architectural design and planning firm committed to “building communities” through serving the needs of cities and counties throughout California with offices in San Juan Capistrano and Sacramento. Community Outreach Each community has its own pulse consisting of various cultural and environmental nuances. RJM taps into this pulse, as a key element in the design process, via public outreach methods including: community workshops, phone surveys, community intercept kiosks, web surveys, and online social communities. RJM Design Group’s proven community workshop process, 'Taking Part,' is based on the community's desires, needs, and specific project purpose. RJM’s philosophy for this process is that every individual is inherently creative with valuable knowledge and insight into their communities needs and desires.
