Founded in 1938 by Roy J. Pile in Indianapolis, Pile CPAs is a Certified Public Accounting firm providing unparalleled client service and powerful business results. We've built our reputation by providing business savvy solutions in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner. Today, we are proud to be the oldest local CPA firm in Indianapolis, with many clients who share our entire 75-year history.

Founded in 1938, we have a history of working to improve our community. Many of our clients have grown with Pile CPAs all of our 75 years. Collectively, we also provide volunteer service to over 60 non-profit organizations. Many of our associates serve on boards, committees or as volunteers to organizations throughout Central Indiana. Our commitment to the community includes providing ample time to service civic, arts, or professional organizations in our area.

To ensure the long-term success of our people and to meet the goals of our firm, we proactively promote individual development. To achieve this, we utilize a formal process of career planning and feedback. We have identified critical competencies and contributions necessary to drive the success of each individual, each team, and of the firm. We provide formal and informal feedback, discussion, coaching, and mentoring throughout the year.
