Description
1. Do I need an appointment? Because we're often measuring and installing on-site, meeting with clients, designing, and custom building the cabinets, an appointment is necessary. You are welcome to drop off blueprints or kitchen drawings at any time with our employees, but when you are ready to discuss your cabinet needs in detail with one of our professional cabinet designers, we will need to set aside a time in advance to give you the personal attention you deserve. 2. Are countertops and finish included in the cabinet price? In our area, countertops and finish (stain or paint) do not come standard with custom cabinetry. However, we can recommend excellent subcontractors for all of your needs. 3. How far in advance should I call you? Generally, when you reach the sheetrock stage of your construction, you are ready for cabinets. However, you will need to give us a 4-week notice from the time of your approval and down payment so that we can custom build the cabinets and have them ready to install by the time you get your sheetrock. 4. Are there options to help me stay within my budget? We can work with you to help meet your needs, no matter what your budget. There are many options in cabinet materials, door and drawer styles, shelving, and hinges that can reduce your pricing. When we meet with you initially or during the design review, feel free to ask for suggestions. 5. Where can I get information on doors, drawers, hardware, accessories, etc.? Click on the category types to the left for information for your project, or check out our Links tab above for links to manufacturers. 6. Do you do small jobs or repairs? We do, however, larger jobs take priority, therefore small jobs (build one drawer, replace a burnt or flooded cabinet, etc.) are set aside for slower workloads. Contact us to get a specific time estimate on a small job or repair based on our current workload.
