Committed to be the first choice of our customers, RKMetals has a fully equipped in-house tool and die shop to support all manufacturing. Our skilled toolmakers use multi-axis CNC machines to build and maintain world-class tooling. As partners in performance, we provide innovative solutions for our customers.
RKMetals is a low cost producer of high quality metal stampings, assemblies and welded parts. With a clear focus on the customer we have obtained ISO 9001:2008 registration and currently supply product to our customers in the U.S., Mexico and Europe. Although we do many things, we consider ourselves specialist in lower cost manufacturing. Over 75% of the product we make today was first manufactured by competitors. Our customers chose to improve their position by moving or re-sourcing their product needs to RKMetals.
BRACKETS - We manufacture anchor brackets with coined web-slots and retractor bases out of HSLA for the safety restraint industry. We manufacture connectors out of copper and CRS that are used in starters, alternators and generators for the automotive, heavy truck and construction industries.
We maintain long-term relationships with our customers by continually improving the most cost-effective manufacturing process.
