Micco & DeLuca is dedicated to providing expert analysis and reports for a variety of first and third party losses, including business interruption, no fault self-employed claims (NY Reg. 68), truckers' downtime, inventory valuation and many others. Micco & DeLuca is a wholly owned subsidiary of RLD Associates, Inc.

The RLD Associates training program is extensive. RLD University has been developed from years of experience gained from hiring and training several hundred premium auditors. The University experience consists of online, text book, classroom and field training segments. Each auditor that is new to RLD Associates is evaluated and given the necessary training for conducting quality premium audits and explempary customer service. Auditors are given overall and general auditing training with industry standard materials and information.

RLD Associates, Inc. has been providing premium audit services since 1989. RLD provides physical, telephone, mail and voluntary audits. All work is reviewed prior to being returned to the carrier.
