Description

The RLS professional staff is comprised of full-time transit planners, compliance specialists, trainers, and Geographic Information System (GIS) specialists based in its Dayton, Ohio Headquarters office, as well as professional staff throughout Ohio and in RLS offices in Columbus, Indiana; Johnstown, Pennsylvania; Concord, New Hampshire; Raleigh and Wilmington, North Carolina; and Alexandria, Virginia. Each consultant has a broad range of experience in fourteen multi-disciplinary service areas shown below.

RLS Senior Associate Kelly Shawn is leading RLS’ tribal transit and service operations division and will also be a lead trainer in RLS’ training division. He is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and project manager and brings 26 years of experience in the transportation industry, most recently with the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA). He is located in the RLS Alexandria, VA office.
