"Working with Mack and the RMB staff through the design and constructions process of our new home was very easy. All of our suggestions and concerns were addressed, so we felt we were in a true partnership with RMB. The construction quality exceeded our expectations. Our new home was completed in 2006. We had heard from our neighbors that the RMB construction and sub-contractors were very neat and quiet during the construction phase; in particular they cited the fact that, unlike construction of some other homes, there was no blaring loud music and the construction staff was always courteous in all respects. Because of this, RMB provided a friendly introduction to our new neighborhood. After our home was completed, we continue to rely on RMB's help for upkeep. The only real repair occurred about a year ago, when a small water leak in an upstairs bedroom was fixed. RMB coordinated that repair, including replacement and re-painting of a small section of wallboard.

Pam Jenkins has come on board as our Client Coordinator and will be the main point of contact between RMB, our clients, and our vendors on all finishes and selections that are made. She has fourteen years of experience in home selections, interior design, and event planning.

As our client, you will make some of these selections at our office and others at suppliers’ showrooms. We will give you a list of suppliers, their addresses, and their contact person to help with this process. If you like, we can set up the appointments for you to visit the suppliers and we can accompany you on the visits as well. The suppliers that work with us know our process and strive to provide timely detailed lists of your selections. That being said, please make sure that our company has the most up-to-date selections at all times to ensure that your job runs smoothly.
