Open box most often the equipment was shipped to a customer, used lightly and returned within the 35-day return period that applies to new equipment. A Demo unit was used in our warehouse to Demo the speaker either for a customer or so we can tell what the item is like in use. Scratch n Dent is usually a customer return or B-Stock that has minor cosmetic flaws. B-Stock is usually purchased from a company at a discount for some reason or another and we offer these items at a discount to our customers.

Defective items: If you think an item is defective or you need warranty work contact the manufacturer for that item. The manufacturers that we deal with have a way for you to either get a replacement or fix an item under warranty.
