Mid- to senior-level candidates needed with 10-20 years experience in Army/Navy Antiterrorism, Physical Security, and Force Protection. The successful candidate will have a military background and training/experience in all or some of the following areas: Contingency planning, vulnerability assessments, report development, drills/exercises, physical security inspections, infrastructure, training (development and proctoring), executive protection, electronic security systems, and guard-force management.

RMC was founded in 1990 by Mike Colina, a native St. Mary’s County resident with a strong commitment to quality, community, and family. RMC’s operations began in Mike’s basement with one employee (our current CEO, Kevin Cooley ). During the following years, RMC became a certified 8(a) company and began to grow roots in the local community. RMC became known for its superb program management and ability to craft creative solutions for challenging problems. Today, RMC is a robust, mid-size government contracting firm with a broad customer base.
