ROI Defense Associates was established as an association of Independent Consultants, working together to improve every member's efficiency and effectiveness. The Company does this by paying third parties to develop tools/perform tasks that are non-income generating for the Independent Consultant, and sharing lessons learned among all members, to improve processes, thereby ensuring efficient and effective operation. The costs for development of these tools and other support is derived from General and Administrative Fee levied on contracts.
