As Transition and Business Development Manager for Royal Alliance, Rona is responsible for the transition of newly affiliated advisors to the firm. A seven-year veteran of Royal Alliance, Rona has extensive experience in operations, advisor support and project management. Rona attended St. John’s University, holds the Series 99 registration, and is a Certified IRA Service Professional.

Lisa Dion is Vice President of Recruiting for Royal Alliance. She supports the recruiting efforts for new advisors and branch offices joining Royal as well as assists the "in house" recruiting efforts for those in the Western Region. Lisa has been with Royal Alliance for the past 13 years serving in both the Northeast and Western Regions. She began her tenure in the Regional Management Department and most recently was the VP of Business Development for the Western Region.
