Prior to joining RPG, Martin had over 26 years of experience in employee benefit and pension actuarial matters. Amongst the numerous positions he held, Marty most notably served as a Benefit Consultant for The Resource Planning Group for over 12 years and a Sr. Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand.

Federal tax law allows employees to lower their tax burden by paying insurance premiums, unreimbursed medical, dental and vision expenses, and child and dependent care with before-tax dollars. Using these Flexible Spending Accounts and/or Premium-Conversion Plans, a Company can tailor a plan to meet its needs. As an administrator of these plans, RPG can advise which options are best for your company. Once a client finalizes the company’s plan details, RPG will draft the plan document and customized communications materials to be distributed to employees at meetings.

We are a CEFEX-Certified Recordkeeper and Third Party Administrator (TPA) and offer full-service retirement planning with an emphasis on defined benefit, defined contribution and 401(k) programs, complex pension strategies (including select comparability designs), non-qualified deferred compensation programs, cafeteria plans and plans covered by the Davis-Bacon Act. We handle the administration service requirements for all the above programs, including daily and quarterly valuation record keeping capabilities and cafeteria plan flexible spending accounts.

Prior to joining RPG, Avi had over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Avi served as Financial Software Developer at The Publicis Groupe, a worldwide media company and Systems Analyst at The Princeton Review.
