Luis has been a foundation repair inspector at RS Foundations for 4 years. He has successfully completed over 100 jobs per year. With over 14 years of experience in residential and commercial properties Luis has become an expert in the foundation repair industry. His years of experience in the construction field have allowed him to gain vast knowledge in foundation and structural needs. Luis uses these qualities to inspect and recommend pier installation with honesty and professionalism from start to finish.

Rees, the owner and CEO of RS Foundations, started the business in 1989 with a $1500 loan from his mother. With hard work and dedication, Rees built the family business to the company it is today. Now, with the help of his daughter, Michelle – who helps run the day-to-day operations, we service homeowners, realtors, and investors over the entire DFW metroplex.
