When RTA began in 1975, there was no indication of how far this small architecture firm would be reaching over thirty years later. Through strategic planning and careful, intentional staffing, RTA grew from a one-person firm to the forty-one person firm it is today. Our 41-person firm includes 17 registered architects and has a combined experience of over 600 years. The vast majority of our work has been for sophisticated institutional clients who demand (and receive) high standards of design and maintainability, as well as strict adherence to budget and schedule. We meet programming and design challenges in innovative ways that exceed our clients
