Description
Dr. Prulhiere received his medical degree from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Oregon State University and a Master of Science from Portland State University. He completed residency at Ventura County Hospital in Ventura, CA, and was most recently practicing medicine with the Grants Pass Clinic in Grants Pass, Oregon. Sue Basilicato earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University. She went on to obtain her Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York, and later earned her Master of Science in Nursing through Oregon Health Sciences University. The Manor has a Medicare certified physician’s clinic. The Clinic provides a full time physician and a part time geriatric nurse practitioner. In addition, the Manor employs nursing staff that are available during business hours for nursing service visits. The Clinic physician and geriatric nurse practitioner are available, by appointment, to see Manor Residents that have established with the Manor Clinic. It is not mandatory that you establish with the Manor as your primary care provider. Nursing staff is available for Manor Residents 24 hours a day to respond to emergency situations. Physician schedules are available in the Manor Clinic. In addition, the following services are available: RVM Office Visits: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
