This is the Ships Store for the USS SAN DIEGO (AFS-6) Here are a few items we have made for the crew of our ship we served on. I am a Plank owner and have made a wall Tribute with my dates on it. I am making a special tribute to our First Captain. Captain John W. Wells. I hope that you all enjoy the reunion and I will be there in my thoughts. I have another commitment and will not be able to make it, I sure would have like to see you all again and laugh at our stories of the good old days. This tribute is made of Baltic Burch and then assembled. It is 3 layers put on a solid birch background. It is Called the 3D Wall Tribute and can also be made into a clock. The size is 12" x 12".
