Description

Position: Lead Barista All the roles of a barista plus : Maintaining strict inventory levels on all syrups, milks, teas, and all incidentals related to fantastic coffee preparation. Able to recognize 75-100% of all regular guests by name and drink. Continual training of all Barista and Cashier staff to ensure the highest quality service and drink preparation levels. Occasional store closing and/or opening duties. Assist Roast Master in cupping new coffees. Outside promotions of R&R as deemed necessary. Attendance of barista events in the Mountain Region is required.
