RWH Farms Inc. is a third generation family-owned manufacturing company, founded in the 1940s in Wamego, Kansas. Hard work, innovation, and flexibility have kept the family business prosperous for over 7 decades.

Norman Hupe , President Norman has devoted his lifetime to innovating and growing the family business the old fashioned way, one customer at a time. Norman brings an uncommon amount of common sense and clarity to the operation along with practical manufacturing knowledge and innovation. His expertise allows the company to address needs and solve complex manufacturing challenges to meet diverse customer requirements. He is actively involved in all aspects of the operation from answering calls, packaging and manufacturing, to planning future growth.

Over the past 20 years, the company has worked with many natural, organic, and biological components to construct customer driven fertilizer products.

Chris Hupe , Vice President Operations Chris joined the company in 1998 after spending his childhood surrounded by the ever-present family business. Along with many years of production experience at RW Milling, Chris brings lessons learned from his post-collegiate experiences in the Investment Banking and process management within the Telecommunications Industry. Chris is actively engaged in all aspects of the business.
