With Bob Apel's untimely passing in January 2005, the mantle of leadership of R.G. Apel Development is now in the hands of Dennis Auping, Bob's partner from the inception of R.G. Apel. Dennis Auping shares the vision, philosophy, and principles on which the company was founded, and he is dedicated to continuing to provide the same degree of integrity, expertise and personalization that are the hallmark of R.G. Apel Development.

The core of R.G. Apel is our management team. With nearly a century of combined experience in all phases of building, development, design, project management and operations, we work closely with each buyer's architect and interior designer to create a magnificent custom home that exceeds all expectations.
