She has worked with every aspect of Human Resource Management and Development including positions as Director of Personnel and Non-Executive Director.

We have worked with organisations contemplating outsourcing some or all their HR function. This can be a difficult project to handle on your own and the HR Manager/Director may have limited experience of this activity. We help the organisation to identify what is core/non-core, decide which operations to outsource, manage the internal issues (e.g. TUPE, outplacement, counselling or coaching). We support the development of realistic service level agreements and help with the commissioning process.

Where a management or an HR team face new challenges we provide specialist HR expertise to support either the management or HR team.

Andrew has extensive experience of one-to-one coaching and workshop facilitation on an international basis across Europe and USA. As part of his work, he also coaches individuals and groups in handling the media.

Kate Russell studied business law, qualified as a barrister and later worked in industry. She has experience as an operations manager and later as a supplier of corporate HR and training in the manufacturing, distribution and services sectors. Kate uses her extensive legal knowledge and practical skills advising small and medium sized businesses on HR issues. One of her proudest achievements is that in over eight years of helping employers manage their businesses, there has only been one tribunal case and the employer won it by a unanimous panel decision.
