As R S InfoCon’s Director of Business Development Kuester is responsible for building new partnerships, maintaining existing account relationships, and executing contracts. RSI has a history of steady growth as well as maintaining long standing relationships with existing clients. Mr. Kuester has been with RSI for more than 10 years. Kuester has more than 30 years of experience in IT. He has been a Developer, Analyst, IT Manager, and Director. He has extensive ERP and Supply Chain management experience in the Manufacturing and distribution industries. Kuester is a graduate of Marquette University and continues his education from both Oracle and SAP training opportunities.

Our client is a global, world class manufacturer of premium quality products for both branded and private label categories. They upgraded from an earlier version of JD Edwards to EnterpriseOne this last year and wanted to find ways to better utilize their ERP software. The Engineering Change Order (ECO) process was identified as an area to improve efficiencies. Engineering changes to bills of material were done manually with little traceability back to the original change request. R S InfoCon implemented the Engineering Change Management module which provided visibility of the original change request and automated the process to update the bills of material.
