Welcome to R. Shadel, Inc.'s web site. R. Shadel, Inc. was established in 1976. Bob Shadel is the founder and chief designer of our products. His goal is to provide high quality products at affordable prices. All products are able to withstand the wear and tear of repeated use under real life laboratory conditions. Every product that we sell is first pre-tested by actual scientists, our customers, before we offer them for sale. R. Shadel, Inc. has formulated a policy that it adheres to strictly. We believe that our customers come first and foremost.

Goods may be returned and credited only after authorization from R. Shadel, Inc. or one of its authorized distributors. Unless the item is subject to warranty conditions (i.e. is unsatisfactory to the customer due to manufacturer misrepresentation or defect), there will be a 20% restocking charge or a charge equivalent to the cost of returning the goods to stock, whichever is higher, levied on all returns. R. Shadel reserves the right not to accept the goods in the case of customized special products made to specifications.

If upon receipt, the goods are found to be defective in materials or construction, R.Shadel, Inc. agrees to repair or replace such goods free of charge. If goods ordered do not meet your expectations, return immediately for full refund or letter of credit. In the case of an exchange, indicate the replacement items and we will promptly make the exchange of merchandise. Goods may be returned either through your local distributor or sent to us directly. If returned to us directly, please send by insured mail or UPS.

Delivery dates, although given in good faith, shall not be considered binding. It is the policy of the company to ship all items promptly upon receipt of the order. The company shall not be liable for any delays created by the distributor. If such delays are created by the distributor, the matter should be promptly reported to our customer service and we will make every effort to resolve the matter as expediently as possible.
