If your customer’s roof does not pass inspection or is compromised and vulnerable to leakage we will provide your customer with a detailed written estimate. If the roof needs major repairs or needs to be replaced, we utilize xactimate pricing software to ensure accurate bidding in accordance to your customer’s insurance carriers pricing guidelines for faster processing.
