RackWare is a privately held company focused on delivering solutions to easily and cost-effectively enable the use of cloud for today’s enterprises. The company was founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs with extensive experience delivering enterprise-class products in the server, storage, network, and virtualization markets.

When you register with us through the Site or when you conduct other activities on the Site, including, but not limited to, requesting information, requesting an online product demonstration or registering for a webcast, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, company name, phone number, email address and business postal address.

Steven Olson has over 20 years of experience in software management and development. He has a diverse work experience including networking, operating systems, and multimedia. He has held leadership roles at both large and small companies including Intel, SiPort, Minerva Networks, PalmSource, and Be. He graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with both his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is the author or coauthor of five patents.

We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration or otherwise via the Site (e.g., without limitation, state, country, position, industry or title) (“Non-Identifying Information”). We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non-Identifying Information) mainly to provide services associated with the Site and administer your inquiries. We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other RackWare Users (defined below) to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Site and to analyze and understand how our Site is used. We may also use the combined information without aggregating it to serve you specifically, for instance to deliver a communication to you according to your preferences or restrictions.

Nate joined Osage Partners in 2008 having previously been the President and CEO of Verticalnet, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supply management software solutions, which was sold in January, 2008 to Italy-based BravoSolution. He served as the Malvern, PA- based Verticalnet’s CEO for over five years and was attributed with leading the transformation of Verticalnet from an online operator of web portals to a proven software solution provider, while navigating the company through a financial turnaround and ultimately a successful exit. Prior to Verticalnet, Nate was a Partner at Mercer Management Consulting and led both the San Francisco and the Hong Kong offices. During his time at Mercer, he worked closely with multinational companies and high growth emerging businesses both in the U.S. and in over fifteen countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Nate began his career at Chemical Bank in New York providing lending and structured finance services to mid-size companies. He is a graduate of Brown University and of the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he graduated with honors.
