Murray has over 30 years of experience in underwriting and account management in the employee benefits industry. Murray has worked for both Prudential Health care and Aetna where he held various positions within the National Account area. Prior to joining Radnor Benefits Group, Murray worked for CareGain, a company providing administrative services to Consumer Directed Health Plans. Murray has extensive experience in claims and data review, pricing projections, data benchmarking and self-funded arrangements.

David has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. David began his career in the group insurance operation of Prudential Insurance Company. After gaining valuable experience on the insurance carrier side of the industry he joined a regional consulting firm as a benefits advisor to medium size organizations located in the Delaware Valley. Since joining Radnor benefits Group in 1997, David has developed an extensive consulting practice assisting several hundred organizations with strategic benefits planning.

Eric began operating as Radnor Benefits Group in 1995 and incorporated the company with David Cagliola in 1997. Eric is responsible for developing and implementing Radnor’s core management team as well as the proprietary processes that Radnor engages with its clients. With over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, he has been instrumental in setting the strategic course of Radnor and maintaining client relationships.
