Mark H. Awh, M.D. - President Mark H. Awh, M.D. is a founder of Radsource and a leading authority on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR). Dr. Awh is well known for his expertise in musculoskeletal MR and provides numerous lectures on the subject at national radiology meetings. He has co-authored a textbook on magnetic resonance imaging of the spine as well as book chapters on musculoskeletal MR and articular cartilage. In addition to his experience in musculoskeletal imaging, Dr. Awh is well versed in neurological and body MR. Dr. Awh holds the Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology from the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Awh completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Following medical school at the University of Mississippi, he performed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Chicago. Dr. Awh then completed fellowship training in MRI at the University of Kentucky Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy Center. Prior to founding Radsource, Dr. Awh served as Director of Magnetic Resonance Imaging at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee and as President of one of the largest radiology private practices in the nation. Dr. Awh has been instrumental in the development and operation of multiple imaging centers and clinic-based radiology projects. Michael E. Stadnick, M.D. - Medical Director Michael E. Stadnick, M.D. is a founding member of Radsource. Before joining Radsource, Dr. Stadnick established himself as a successful and respected radiologist specializing in musculoskeletal MR. Dr. Stadnick is a board-certified radiologist who received his residency training at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. Following his residency, Dr. Stadnick was invited to remain as assistant professor in the musculoskeletal radiology section where he became a valued clinical consultant and instructor, and gained extensive practical clinical experience during a 6 year stay. Dr. Stadnick then entered private practice in Nashville, Tennessee where his expertise in musculoskeletal MR was instrumental in establishing an extremely successful MR practice during his 4 year tenure. Dr. Stadnick?s previous clinical responsibilities include Medical Director for various MR facilities and Director of Musculoskeletal Imaging at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, Tennessee. He recently co-authored book chapters on musculoskeletal MR and articular cartilage and has multiple articles to his credit. An accomplished artist, Dr. Stadnick has recently focused his talents on the field of medical illustration. His work has been featured in numerous presentations, articles, and in an up-coming musculosketal MR textbook. Jeffrey W. Carden - Chief Operating Officer Jeffrey W. Carden comes to Radsource with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare delivery industry. Before joining Radsource, Mr. Carden served in the capacity of Director of Information Technologies before being elevated to Chief Information Officer for a $150M physician services and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company.
