Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years staffing experience with at least 2 years experience in a professional services organization. Experience using social networking as an effective recruiting tool required. Experience in a Public Accounting firm preferred. Must have strong organizational skills along with extraordinary verbal communications skills. Candidates should have working knowledge in database software, HRIS, internet software, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
