Brian Thaw also joined Raich Ende Malter in 2000. He has over 15 years of experience in providing clients with strategic advice on entity structuring, tax planning, and merger and acquisition assistance. He also has significant experience in the representation of individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. Brian received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Science in taxation from Long Island University.

Gigi Boudreaux also joined Raich Ende Malter in 1996, after working for one of the big four and other national accounting firms. She has over 20 years of experience and specializes in providing tax and business consulting services to small businesses operating in industries such as real estate, franchising, construction, and distribution and wholesale. Gigi received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She received a Master of Science in taxation and a Master of Business Administration in accounting from Fordham University.

LLP is a member in good standing of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), and the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJCPA). The firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
