September 10, 2009 In 1996 Todd Graves, CEO and founder of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers shared his idea of ONE LOVE-chicken fingers-by opening the first Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers restaurant in his hometown, Baton Rouge. Thirteen years later, Raising Cane's, now one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the U.S., today welcomed customers to its 86th restaurant and 11th Texas location in Plano, site of the company's recently opened restaurant support office.
