At Ram Jack we know it’s important that our employees stay up-to-date on training to provide the best foundation solutions to our customers. Every year we hold a regional meeting to provide employees with training in a variety of different areas. Our regional meeting this year was held at Ram Jack Solid Foundations in High Springs, FL on Nov. 7 th and 8 th . Topics covered at the meeting included: Production & Hydraulics, Sales Presentation, Office Procedures, Demo House Installation Process, Bracket Overview, Marketing, and Managing Your Sales Team.

In February 2011, Ram Jack became the first manufacturer of helical piles to receive the Evaluation Service Report (ESR-1854). Since then, only three other manufacturers of helical piles have received ESR reports. Engineers and building officials depend on these reports for many reasons. Included in the ESR report is the verification of the load capacity of a product, verification that the product is in compliance with the IBC, whether it was evaluated as a braced or un-braced system, and that a quality control system is in place.

Our annual Ram Jack University was held this March in Ada, OK. The three-day training gives our franchisees the opportunity to gain more knowledge and experience in areas such as production, marketing, and sales. At Ram Jack Systems Distribution, we know how important it is to offer training to our franchisees so they are able to provide the best customer service.
