Description The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a civil engineering or architecture environment in an administrative capacity. A high school degree is required, additional education is preferred. The qualified candidate will also have knowledge and experience in the permitting process, Accounts receivable and accounts payable. All candidates should be proficient in the use of Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Description The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience. A high School degree is required, additional education is preferred. The candidate will have direct experience in the CAD drafting of lighting and power design for commercial and retail projects, working under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. All candidates should be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.

Description The qualified candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent working on commercial and retail construction projects. Experience in retail fit-out and ground-up construction is required. This individual will be responsible for reviewing project documents, coordination of sub-contractors, and will provide technical direction and management of productivity, quality and construction costs for multiple construction projects.
