When clients have financial questions or are facing financial difficulties, accountants are often asked to assist with answers and resolutions. We provide clients with assistance by working with their banking institutions, financial professionals, and attorneys.

Mr. Maxwell has over 15 years of experience in public accounting, serving a variety of clients. During this time, he has directed or participated in financial statement audits in both the public and private sectors. Walt has also successfully assisted clients with federal and state tax compliance, planning and consulting. As a business advisor, he has prepared specialized reports which include cash flow projections, indirect cost allocations, and budget analyses.

Mr. Silverstein has been providing a broad range of personalized services to clients since 2002. Greg began his career with a Private Client Wealth Services Group. His efforts were focused on tax, valuation, financial advisory and related consulting services to individual and commercial clients.

Ms. Diaz is a Principal in the Firm. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive services to a wide array of clients including governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, commercial real estate, retail and professional organizations among others.

Mr. LaBranche is a Principal of the Firm and has 30 years of experience in public and private accounting. Bill joined the firm in 1988. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a manufacturer of medical devices and a public accounting firm.
