Our attorneys have experience representing local and national clients in a wide variety of product industries including claims involving drug manufacturers, appliance manufacturers, automobile design and manufacture, petroleum products, and toxic torts.

Ramsden & Lyons, LLP has represented manufacturers and other clients in both state and federal court. We are experienced as lead counsel, but are also available to act as local counsel. We have defended product liability cases on behalf of both insured and self-insured clients and are experienced in working with insurance claim representatives and in-house counsel.

Ramsden & Lyons, LLP provides comprehensive representation to insurance carriers and their insureds in claims evaluation, coverage analysis, declaratory actions, alternate dispute resolution, and claims defense. Our insurance defense attorneys have experience in all types of insurance disputes, including first-party and third-party claims.
