"In 2005 Malt-O-Meal began a site search for a plant site to service the eastern 1/3 of the US with cereal. Randolph County had the right combination of location, manufacturing climate, labor availability, and transportation. We appreciate the cooperation and support provided by the EDC, Randolph County, and City of Asheboro allowing our new manufacturing plant to become a reality.
