Ranger Aerospace is a well capitalized management and investment Private Equity holding company that acquires and builds-up enterprises in the aerospace/defense and aviation sectors. We have larger institutional investors, Private Equity funds, accredited limited partners, and venture capital entities as co-investing shareholders, alongside our own capital.

Since our founding in Greenville SC in March 1997, we have transacted over $400 Million in various buying, selling, and investing maneuvers, with superior operational and financial results so far in each of our "realized" investment exits. Our strongest case study caused the subsidiary to quadruple in revenues and employment, quadruple in EBITDA profits, and yielded 60% "IRR" on equity when sold to a huge strategic buyer. We have always been a faithful management steward of institutional capital, and a solid employer for our people.

RANGER IS CURRENTLY SEEKING ADDITIONAL ACQUISITIONS of middle-market sized companies in aerospace, defense, aviation, airfield services and FBO's, specialized "niche" MRO, engineering, precision manufacturing, avionics/components overhaul, aircraft parts resellers & aftermarket distributors, and the various trades & technologies that serve those sectors. Preferred geography is "greater Southeastern USA" but we are comfortable and well-experienced owning and operating business units as far away as Okinawa and Kuwait. In one large previous venture, we built up our European operations to roughly 1000 people in 10 cities, fully 25% of that total enterprise.
