In 1992, after buying and selling several other businesses, Glenn Barfell was looking for a new venture. He had been a successful entrepreneur for over twenty-five years and his new vision was the opportunity in cleaning carpets. It was already a huge market and millions of square feet of additional carpet were being added each year. As he inaugurated his new business, Glenn quickly realized there was a major problem within the industry....getting the carpet dry cleaned effectively and keeping it clean
