Rapid Product Development Group, Inc. (RPDG) is a privately held, global manufacturing company headquartered in San Diego, California. RPDG was founded in 2003 by a team of industry veterans with over 150 years combined expertise in Injection Molding, CNC machining, Die Casting, Model Making and Rapid Prototyping.

RPDG’s highly skilled workforce consists of more than 350 employees deployed across our ISO-registered operations in the US, Mexico, China and the UK. With over 150,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities worldwide, we use the latest and most advanced automated manufacturing equipment to provide our customers with high-quality, precision-produced parts delivered rapidly.

Our investment in the latest, Hi-Resolution Stereolithography (SLA) equipment, combined with our master model makers’ expertise, allows us to offer our customers the highest quality stereolithography prototypes with extremely short turnaround.

Our ISO-certified manufacturing facilities in Dongguan China house over 200 toolmakers and state-of-the art tooling shops. We specialize in getting your high-precision injection molds developed and qualified for production rapidly. With over 150 injection presses ranging from 50t to 3000t, and extensive secondary operation and assembly capabilities, RPDG can handle your smallest and largest projects.

RPDG’s experienced rapid tooling and molding engineers will work with you throughout the entire process and can transition you to our production level molds when your production quantities require.
