Our dispatchers are very knowledgeable and long time industry veterans. They understand how to make the wheels turn and how to make both our drivers and our customers happy. Our dispatch staff consists of 3 dispatchers, 2 freight brokers, one dispatch planner and one administrative assistant. The Rapid Response team works well together in order to get our customers freight where it belongs and when it belongs there.

We also have a fully staffed logistics division that has access to thousands of carriers we work with on a regular basis. These logistics professionals are ready to tackle any of your transportation needs. At Rapid Response our focus is on providing superior customer service. We work with each of our customers to fully understand their transportation needs. Our experience and expertise allow us to tailor individual programs based on these customer needs.

The Rapid Response management team has over 98 years of experience in the transportation industry. We have the experience and the know-how to move your freight trouble free. Our phenomenal growth has been fueled by our people. By employing quality people we have managed to survive and astonishingly even grow in this time of industry wide consolidation.

At Rapid Response we have a full service repair shop on site. Our highly skilled mechanics can do everything from regularly scheduled PM to complete engine overhauls. We have access to parts and supplies from every major manufacturer in the trucking industry. Our mechanics are dedicated full time employees who take pride in their work and keeping our trucks rolling.
